High Protein Diets

Many people today are on high protein diets and while protein is important, so are vegetables, complex grains, fruit and healthy fat. You need a complete diet of non-processed foods. Complex grains include millet, oatmeal, farro and whole grains. You know meat is being engineered, because raising livestock is risky. Healthy eating includes, fish, beans, avocado, olives, nuts, and not a lot of sugar.
Sugar is toxic and plays a role in a number of diseases. And while it used to be ok to have a few drinks a week of alcohol, now the recommendation is to not drink at all, except on a special occasion. Healthy food can taste great!
