Worldwide depression is a $1trillion industry which consumes 5% of individuals, according to the Surgeon General. Depression includes isolation, and other mental health conditions, like anxiety. And I believe a lot of this is due to Covid-19, which in essence, stole our way of living.

Anyone I speak to, says in no way are their lives the same since Covid-19. I am just getting back to rejoining my workout club after being away from it for 3 years! People are bringing their own mats to classes and are spraying mats that are there if they use them.

We now know that Covid spreads through the air and not on things. That is why we all need to improve the air quality in businesses and at home.

Will Doctors Ever Learn

This past weekend, the New York Times identified many people who believe their new debilitating symptoms are due to the Covid vaccine. I cannot stress enough, that everything doesn’t work for everyone. Many people can go to a doctor and get natural things done and get better. Other people do better in the current medical system. Yet, it is very wrong for physicians to tell people, they are crazy, or it’s in their head. Just because the US hasn’t documented the symptoms people are experiencing from the RNA Covid shot, doesn’t mean their symptoms don’t exist.
